Responding to the proposal, Arvid Thorbjorn Billeskov Sloth, Assistant Professor and leader of the group, stressed the need for the collaboration and indicated that the issue would be further discussed at the faculty level for a decision to be taken by the University authority. He indicated that the team was impressed about the production process, corporate social responsibility issues and the organized manner by which things are done in Samartex. He, on behalf of the group, also expressed his appreciation for the hospitality extended to them during their visit and also expressed the hope that the maiden visit would further open several avenues to strengthen the relation between the University and the Company.
